The hotel was fairly large with a super location so close to lake. Particularly nice breakfast with a huge variety of hot/cold dishes.

Wonderful to have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a balcony. Access to own outside area with chair adds to the comfort. - the availability of a shower, hairdryer, and a bidet is a great convenience for guests.

Spent New Year's Eve with my family in a hotel in Italy. Loved the attention of the staff, they were friendly and always willing to help. the free shuttle to the city centre was a plus; this allowed us to explore the area and enjoy the festivities. the hotel had a great view of the lake and the countryside, and the pizzeria on site was amazing. We also enjoyed cycling around the lake, which was offered for free.

Although the hotel has a great location, some rooms were quite dated, and the provided breakfast was mostly sweet pastries. the rooms had limited natural light, and the bathroom had no window at all, which was not ideal for a long stay.

During my recent Easter stay, I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who always went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the location of the hotel was fantastic as it provided us with a beautiful view of the lake and access to many activities such as swimming. Another advantage that I appreciated was the restaurant nearby, which served delicious food at a reasonable price.

I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable which made it harder for me to fall asleep. the shower area could have been better as it was outdated and not as functional as I would have liked.

The best part was the delicious food at the hotel's pizzeria, where we enjoyed mouthwatering pizza at a reasonable price. the hotel offered a variety of activities such as swimming, biking, and even tennis, which kept us entertained throughout our stay.

One major drawback was the uncomfortable pillows and bed, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The shower also needed some remodeling, as it seemed outdated and not very pleasant to use.

The location of this hotel was great, as I was able to easily walk to the lake and the town center. The breakfast provided had a good variety of options, and the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. I also appreciated the free shuttle service provided to/from the train station, which made my travels much easier.

Can't fault anything about it. My stay at this hotel was wonderful and I had no negative experiences to report.
